The UltraTech 1158 IBC Spill Pallet Plus is an economical, low-profile single-IBC spill containment unit built for facilities that need portable, compliant secondary containment without the footprint or cost of a full hard-top enclosure. Constructed entirely of polyethylene (LLDPE), it provides excellent chemical resistance, will not rust or corrode, and features forklift pockets on two sides for convenient repositioning within the facility. The integrated drain allows controlled removal of accumulated liquid from the 365-gallon sump for fast and efficient maintenance.
- Low-Profile 28" Design – Overall height of 28" keeps IBC tanks at a practical working level for safe material handling, dispensing, and routine inspection without the need for elevated platforms
- 365-Gallon Containment Sump – Meets SPCC and EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175 for single IBC storage; five inner polyethylene columns support a Uniformly Distributed Load of up to 8,500 lbs
- Large 52" x 52" Deck Surface – Full flat grate deck with no open voids allows safe, centered placement of IBC tanks; all internal components including grates and columns are easily removed for cleaning
- Drain Included – Integrated drain plug enables controlled sump drainage for quick cleanup after spills or routine maintenance; forklift pockets on two sides allow convenient repositioning
- Optional Accessories Available – Compatible with Part #1159 Pullover Cover for outdoor stormwater management, and Part #1160 Ultra-Bucket Shelf for dispensing spill capture (bucket shelf bulkhead fitting must be specified at time of order)
