Shipping policy
Warehouse Gear Hub ships industrial equipment to businesses across the continental United States. Every product page shows how that item ships, and your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
- In-stock orders typically process and ship within 24 to 48 hours.
- Made-to-order and manufacturer-direct items may need extra lead time. The product page and your order confirmation show the expected lead time.
- Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Parcel and LTL freight
- Parcel: Smaller items ship by ground parcel carrier.
- LTL freight: Large or heavy items, such as forklifts, stackers, pallet jacks, cabinets and bulk containment, ship on a pallet by LTL freight to protect the product.
- Dock-to-dock: Standard freight rates cover delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift.
Liftgate, inside and limited-access delivery
If your site has no loading dock or forklift, add liftgate service when you order. For inside delivery, residential addresses or limited-access sites such as schools, construction sites and military bases, note it at checkout or call us before your order ships so your freight quote is correct.

Receiving your delivery
Please inspect every freight shipment on arrival. Note any visible pallet or packaging damage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign, and report damage to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos from several angles.

We ship within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii or international delivery, contact us for a quote.
