The UltraTech 1160 Ultra-Bucket Shelf is a polyethylene dispensing accessory designed to capture drips, leaks, and incidental spills that occur directly at IBC spouts during routine liquid dispensing operations. Compatible with the Ultra-IBC Spill Pallet Plus, Ultra-Twin IBC Spill Pallet, and Ultra-IBC Hard Top units, it slides securely into built-in grooves on the side of the pallet to hold a bucket in position during dispensing. Any accumulated liquid exceeding 3 gallons is channeled directly back into the containment sump through a factory-installed bulkhead fitting, keeping the floor clean and the sump compliant.
- Dispensing Spill Capture – Holds a bucket securely at the IBC spout during dispensing, capturing drips and small leaks at the point of use and significantly reducing floor contamination between servicing intervals
- Bulkhead Fitting Return – Spills exceeding 3 gallons are channeled back into the pallet sump through a factory-installed bulkhead fitting; bulkhead must be specified at time of pallet order for proper installation
- Broad Compatibility – Works with the Ultra-IBC Spill Pallet Plus (Part #1157/#1158), Ultra-Twin IBC Spill Pallet (Part #1140/#1144), and Ultra-IBC Hard Top (Part #1148/#1149/#1161/#1162)
