How an order runs

We act as the technical link between manufacturer and facility. The sequence below applies to every order, from a single drum funnel to a walkie stacker.

Specify
Every listing carries capacity, dimensions and the standard it is built to (ANSI/ITSDF, OSHA, EPA). Compare on data, not marketing copy.

Verify fit
Send aisle width, dock height, floor load or drum count. A specialist confirms the item clears your site before a PO is issued.

Quote freight
Pallet size and gross weight are stated per item. LTL freight is rated against your ZIP and a firm quote returned within two business hours.

Receive & support
Inspect on delivery and note any damage on the receipt; we file freight claims within 48 hours. Warranty terms are stated per product.

How will it ship to your site?

Orders ship direct from the manufacturer or their nearest regional distribution center, so the origin depends on the item. Enter a destination and two facts about the delivery site and we return the shipping mode, any accessorial fees that will apply and a transit window. Firm dollar rates are confirmed by a specialist within two business hours; we do not publish estimates we cannot back.

  • Under 150 lb ships parcel. No pallet, no liftgate.
  • Palletized items 150–5,000 lb ship LTL. Class set from stated weight and dimensions.
  • Over 5,000 lb or oversize is rated manually as specialty freight.
  • Ships from the manufacturer or distribution center nearest to available stock, not a single hub.
