The UltraTech 1140 is the base configuration twin IBC spill pallet without drain, designed to store two IBC tanks, drums, or other large vessels side by side in a single shared containment footprint. Constructed of 100% polyethylene with a one-piece molded sump made with up to 100% recycled resin, it delivers rust-free, corrosion-resistant performance with broad chemical compatibility — all materials stored must be chemically compatible due to the continuous sump design. The no-drain configuration is suited for indoor facilities where closed containment is preferred and sump drainage is managed manually.
- 535-Gallon One-Piece Continuous Sump – Single molded containment basin meets EPA and SPCC spill containment regulations for two IBC tanks; no internal barrier between sides, so all stored materials must be chemically compatible
- Heavy-Duty Load Capacity – Handles up to 8,000 lbs per side (UDL), with each side offering a 52" x 52" usable grating surface comprised of two removable 26" x 52" grates
- Optional Bucket Shelf Ready – Factory bulkhead fittings for left, right, or both-side bucket shelves must be specified at time of order; adding a shelf after delivery without a pre-installed bulkhead fitting will trap spillage in the shelf bottom
- No Drain Configuration – Suited for indoor environments where closed containment is preferred or where sump contents are periodically removed via pump-out
