The UltraTech 1058 is a heavy-duty single-IBC spill containment pallet with an integrated drain, engineered for facilities that require a high load capacity and maximum sump volume for single or double-stacked IBC storage. With a 16,000 lb. Uniformly Distributed Load rating, the unit safely accommodates two full IBC containers stacked vertically, making it the preferred choice over the lower-capacity IBC Spill Pallet Plus when larger sump volume or greater structural load capacity is required. Constructed of 100% polyethylene (LLDPE) with no metal components, it delivers rust-free, corrosion-resistant performance and broad chemical compatibility.
- 16,000 lb. Load Capacity – Uniformly Distributed Load rating accommodates up to two full IBC containers stacked vertically, providing maximum storage density within a single containment footprint
- 400-Gallon Containment Sump – Larger sump volume compared to the IBC Spill Pallet Plus; meets SPCC and EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175 for single or double-stacked IBC storage
- 52" x 52" Usable Grating Surface – Large flat deck surface accommodates all sizes and shapes of IBCs; all grating and internal components are easily removed for thorough cleaning and routine inspection
- Drain Included – Integrated drain allows controlled removal of accumulated liquid from the sump; all-polyethylene construction with no metal parts eliminates rust and corrosion across the full service life
