The UltraTech 8384 Pellet Drain is a 6-inch mesh drain designed for integration into Ultra-Containment Berm® systems where plastic pellet containment and water drainage are required simultaneously. Constructed from vinyl-coated polyester mesh with a 17 x 8 weave pattern, the drain allows rainwater to pass through while retaining plastic resin pellets ("nurdles") within the containment area. This drain must be ordered and installed at the time the berm is manufactured and is intended for pellet containment applications rather than liquid containment.
