The UltraTech 9859 Grate Guard, Sediment Model is a high-flow curb-style stormwater inlet protection device designed for 18" x 36" flat grate catch basins. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging. Some products carry a restocking fee of up to 15% and return shipping is usually the buyer's; we confirm both before you commit to a return, so there are no surprises.
Where will my order ship from?
Direct from the manufacturer or their nearest regional distribution center rather than from one central warehouse. That is normally the shortest and cheapest route to your dock, though it does mean the origin depends on the brand and on where you are.
If you need the origin and transit time in advance, whether for scheduling receiving or booking a delivery appointment, ask when you request your quote and we will confirm both.
Can I get a discount if I pay via wire transfer or ACH?
Yes. Paying by wire transfer or ACH takes 2% off your order total, because it saves the card processing fees. On a 30,000 dollar machine that is 600 dollars back in your budget.
