The UltraTech 9720-OS Dewatering Bag Oil & Sediment Model is a stormwater filtration device designed to capture silt, sediment, dirt, sand, and hydrocarbons from water discharged during dewatering operations. Constructed from nonwoven polypropylene geotextile fabric, it combines sediment filtration and oil absorption in a single unit while allowing filtered water to pass through. The 4' x 6' configuration is suited for smaller dewatering projects requiring containment of both suspended solids and petroleum-based contaminants.
- Oil and Sediment Filtration – Captures hydrocarbons, oil, sediment, silt, dirt, and sand from pumped discharge water before release
- 4' x 6' Capacity – Provides up to 24 cubic feet of containment volume for collected sediment and solids during dewatering operations
- Compatible with 4" Discharge Hoses – Designed to accept discharge hoses up to 4" in diameter and can be used with the optional UltraTech Hose Connector (Part #9739)
- Heavy-Duty Geotextile Fabric – Manufactured from nonwoven polypropylene geotextile material with reinforced sewn seams for demanding field conditions
- Stormwater Compliance Support – Helps support compliance with NPDES 40 CFR 122.26 (1999) and TMDL requirements when used as part of a stormwater management program
