The UltraTech 9393 Drain Guard High Capacity Model is a large-volume catch basin insert engineered to capture substantial amounts of sediment, dirt, debris, oil, grease, and other hydrocarbons from stormwater runoff before they enter the drainage system. Constructed from heavy-duty needle-punched geotextile material, it is designed for high-flow environments where standard drain protection products may require more frequent maintenance. The oversized skirt and deep collection area provide increased containment capacity for demanding industrial, construction, and municipal stormwater management applications.
- High-Capacity Sediment and Oil Capture – Heavy-duty needle-punched geotextile material captures up to 300 lbs. of sediment, dirt, and debris while absorbing up to 1.9 gallons of oil and hydrocarbons
- 1,000 GPM Flow Rate – Designed to accommodate high-volume stormwater flows while maintaining filtration performance and contaminant retention
- Oversized 60" x 60" Skirt – Fits virtually any drain opening up to 54" x 54"; excess skirt material can be trimmed for a customized installation
- Integrated Handling Straps – Large 3" polyester lifting straps assist with removal of loaded units; suitable for handling with forklifts, backhoes, or similar equipment when heavily loaded
- Stormwater Compliance Support – Helps support compliance with NPDES 40 CFR 122.26, SWPPP, and TMDL stormwater management requirements when used as a Best Management Practice (BMP)
