Installed beneath the berm, it creates a durable barrier between the containment system and rough ground surfaces, helping reduce damage caused by rocks, debris, and repeated vehicle traffic. Constructed from heavy-duty polyester-blended PVC material, it provides added protection that can help extend the service life of spill containment berms in demanding industrial environments.
