The UltraTech 1464 Grate Topper is a high-flow stormwater inlet protection device designed to fit over rectangular catch basin grates and help prevent sediment, silt, and debris from entering drainage systems. Constructed from durable geotextile filtration material, it allows stormwater runoff to pass through while capturing particulate contaminants at the surface. The 24" x 48" configuration is suitable for larger grate openings commonly found in construction, municipal, and industrial stormwater management applications.
- 24" x 48" Grate Coverage – Designed to fit rectangular flat-grate catch basins, providing broad surface-area protection against sediment and debris intrusion
- High-Flow Filtration Media – Engineered geotextile fabric allows stormwater runoff to flow through while capturing sediment and particulate contaminants
- Street-Level Maintenance – Captured material remains at the surface, allowing cleanup with common tools without removing the grate or accessing the catch basin
- Reusable Construction – Durable filtration material can be cleaned and redeployed, supporting repeated use across multiple projects and storm events
- Stormwater Compliance Support – Assists with sediment control programs and supports compliance with stormwater management requirements and BMP practices
