UltraTech 1168 Modular IBC Spill Pallet, 5-Tank, Outdoor Model

The UltraTech 1168 is a heavy-duty 5-tank outdoor spill containment system designed for facilities storing multiple IBC tanks in exposed environments. Constructed of 100% polyethylene, it eliminates the potential for rust and corrosion while offering excellent chemical compatibility with a broad range of chemicals including acids, solvents, and oils. Outdoor models comply with SPCC regulations, EPA Container Storage Regulations 40 CFR 264.175, and Stormwater Management Regulations (NPDES), and are considered a Best Management Practice (BMP) for effective stormwater management.

• High-Capacity Containment – The 5-tank system delivers a total containment capacity of 375 gallons (1,419L), meeting spill containment requirements without the need for an expansion tank.
• Heavy-Duty Load Rating – Each individual spill pallet supports a Uniformly Distributed Load of 9,000 lbs, suitable for fully loaded IBC tanks.
• Flow-Through Bulkhead System – Flow-through bulkhead fittings (1.25" diameter) connect spill pallets together, allowing spills to be channeled throughout the system and borrowing containment capacity from adjacent units.
• Expandable Configuration – Optional Extender Kits (Part# 9658) allow the addition of one tank per kit for facilities that need to scale up beyond 5 tanks.
• Outdoor-Rated Construction – Engineered specifically for exterior use with a hard-top enclosure that protects against weather, UV exposure, and precipitation ingress.
