The UltraTech 1167 is a 4-tank outdoor modular spill containment system built for facilities storing multiple IBC tanks in open or exposed environments. Constructed of 100% polyethylene, it eliminates the potential for rust and corrosion while offering excellent chemical resistance to a broad range of chemicals including acids, solvents, and oils. It meets SPCC and EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175, helps meet Stormwater Management Regulations NPDES 40 CFR 122.26, and is considered a Best Management Practice (BMP) for effective stormwater management.
- 4-Tank Outdoor Configuration – Combines a 300-gallon Hard Top Plus unit with a 65-gallon expansion tank into a modular system with a total containment capacity of 365 gallons (1,382L)
- Heavy-Duty Load Rating – Each individual spill pallet supports a Uniformly Distributed Load of 9,000 lbs, suitable for fully loaded IBC tanks
- Flow-Through Bulkhead System – Flow-through bulkhead fittings (1.25" diameter) connect spill pallets together, channeling spills throughout the system and borrowing containment capacity from adjacent units
- Expandable Design – Optional Extender Kits (Part# 9658) allow the addition of one tank per kit for future capacity growth without replacing the existing system
