The UltraTech 1166 is a 3-tank outdoor modular spill containment system designed for facilities storing multiple IBC tanks in open or exposed environments. All-polyethylene construction resists UV rays, rust, corrosion, and most chemicals for a long, trouble-free service life. It meets SPCC and EPA Container Storage Regulation 40 CFR 264.175 and helps meet Stormwater Management Regulations NPDES 40 CFR 122.26, and is considered a Best Management Practice (BMP) for effective stormwater management.
- 3-Tank Outdoor Configuration – Combines a 225-gallon Hard Top Plus unit with two 65-gallon expansion tanks into a modular system with a total containment capacity of 355 gallons (1,344L).
- Heavy-Duty Load Rating – Each individual spill pallet supports a Uniformly Distributed Load of 9,000 lbs, rated for fully loaded IBC tanks in continuous service.
- Flow-Through Bulkhead System – Flow-through bulkhead fittings (1.25" diameter) connect spill pallets together, channeling spills throughout the system and borrowing containment capacity from adjacent units.
- Expandable Configuration – Optional Extender Kits (Part# 9658) allow the addition of one tank per kit to scale the system as storage needs grow.
- 5-Year Warranty – Protected by a 5-year warranty against material or workmanship defects, made in the USA
