The UltraTech 1127 is a 4-tank indoor modular spill containment system built for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and industrial environments storing multiple IBC tanks side by side. Constructed of 100% polyethylene, it eliminates the potential for rust and corrosion while offering excellent chemical resistance to a broad range of chemicals including acids, solvents, and oils. Flow-through bulkhead fittings connect the system together, allowing spills to be channeled throughout and borrowing containment capacity from adjacent pallets and expansion tanks.
- Heavy-Duty Load Rating – Each individual spill pallet supports a Uniformly Distributed Load of 9,000 lbs, with a containment capacity of 75 gallons per unit measuring 62" x 62" x 8.75"H.
- 365-Gallon Total Containment – The 4-tank system delivers a total spill capacity of 365 gallons, with optional expansion tanks available to increase capacity further for regulatory compliance.
- Flow-Through Bulkhead System – Features 1.25" diameter flow-through bulkhead fittings that connect spill pallets and expansion tanks, channeling containment capacity across the full system.
- Build-Your-Own Capability – Components may be purchased separately, allowing users to build custom indoor configurations beyond the standard 4-tank offering.
