EKKO EK14 Counterbalanced Walkie Stacker | 118" Lift Height | 3300 lb Capacity |
The EKKO EK14 is a fully powered counterbalanced walkie stacker designed for loading docks, stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and warehouse environments requiring a compact, no-outrigger stacking unit with a 3,300 lb. capacity and 118-inch lift height. The counterbalanced frame eliminates front support legs entirely, allowing the unit to operate in narrower aisles and pick pallets from low-clearance racking that straddle-leg stackers cannot access. Powered by a 24V / 210Ah battery with a 24V AC 2,500W drive motor, 24V 2,500W lift motor, Curtis controller, and Electronic Power Steering, it delivers fully powered drive and lift with a 57 in. turning radius and 2°/5° fork tilt for standard warehouse aisle operation. Battery, charger, and a 3-year limited warranty are included standard.
- 3,300 lb. Capacity with 118 in. Maximum Lift Height - Rated for 3,300 lbs at a 24 in. load center with a maximum lift height of 118 in., a free lift of 4 in., and a lowered mast height of 78 in. for low-clearance aisle and door entry
- Counterbalanced Design — No Straddle Legs Required - The counterbalanced frame eliminates outrigger arms and straddle legs, allowing the unit to place and retrieve pallets from ground-level racking with restricted clearance where standard straddle stackers cannot operate
- Dual 24V AC 2,500W Drive and Lift Motors with EPS - Equipped with a 24V / 2,500W AC drive motor, 24V / 2,500W lift motor, 24V / 200W EPS steering motor, and Curtis controller for responsive, fully powered operation with smooth directional control
- Adjustable Tilting Forks with 57 in. Turning Radius - Forks measure 1.4 in. x 4 in. x 45.3 in. and adjust from 8.6 to 28.3 in. O.D. with 2°/5° forward/backward tilt, and the 57 in. turning radius supports standard warehouse aisle operation
- 24V / 210Ah Battery and 24V / 30A Charger Included - Ships with a 24V / 210Ah lead acid battery and 24V / 30A charger at no additional cost, with a service weight of 3,740 lbs and a robotically welded steel frame backed by a 3-year limited warranty

Common questions
Warehouse Gear Hub is an authorized national distributor of material handling and safety equipment. If your answer is not here, a specialist will pick up the phone.
Who is Warehouse Gear Hub?
An authorized national distributor of industrial equipment, material handling systems and regulatory safety solutions, supplying manufacturing facilities, commercial warehouses, government entities and small businesses nationwide.
We partner directly with the brands we carry, which is how we keep facilities compliant with OSHA and EPA standards without boutique pricing. Need a formal quote, volume pricing, or to buy on a corporate PO? Submit an RFQ and our team returns a customized quote within 2 business hours. Tax-exempt organizations should contact us before ordering so we can apply your status up front.
Reach a specialist directly on 1-800-794-1049, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. Emails received in business hours are answered within two hours.
What happens after I purchase?
You get an order confirmation straight away. An equipment specialist then reviews the order and confirms freight mode before anything is dispatched, so fit and delivery are checked by a person rather than just a cart.
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days and tracking is emailed the moment the unit leaves. Larger equipment travels by LTL freight to curbside, and the carrier calls you to arrange a delivery window. If your site has no loading dock, add liftgate service on the product page before checkout.
Is my product authentic and does it come with warranty?
Yes. Warehouse Gear Hub is an authorized distributor and we buy direct from the brands we carry, so every unit arrives new and genuine, backed by the manufacturer's own warranty. Nothing we sell is grey-market or refurbished.
Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and vary by model, so rather than quote a blanket figure we print the exact term on the product's own page wherever one applies. Not every item carries a stated warranty. If you need coverage confirmed in writing before you order, call us and we will get it from the manufacturer.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
Inspect the shipment before you sign for it. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, because that receipt is what a freight claim rests on and a clean signature makes damage far harder to recover.
Then call 1-800-794-1049 or email info@warehousegearhub.com with photos from several angles, and we file the freight claim on your behalf within 48 hours. If anything arrives missing or incorrect, tell us right away and we will put it right.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging. Some products carry a restocking fee of up to 15% and return shipping is usually the buyer's; we confirm both before you commit to a return, so there are no surprises.
Where will my order ship from?
Direct from the manufacturer or their nearest regional distribution center rather than from one central warehouse. That is normally the shortest and cheapest route to your dock, though it does mean the origin depends on the brand and on where you are.
If you need the origin and transit time in advance, whether for scheduling receiving or booking a delivery appointment, ask when you request your quote and we will confirm both.
Can I get a discount if I pay via wire transfer or ACH?
Yes. Paying by wire transfer or ACH takes 2% off your order total, because it saves the card processing fees. On a 30,000 dollar machine that is 600 dollars back in your budget.
Request a quote or call 1-800-794-1049 and your specialist will issue the invoice with the 2% already applied.
